Our Staff Application Period is now CLOSED

We are looking for Women who are passionate about the Outdoors, who love the Rockstarlette Outdoors Brand, are very active on social media, and would like to join our team and help the brand grow!

Our Current staff of 35 amazing outdoors women are looking to add a few more ladies to our sisterhood! Positions are open to Women in all 50 states and Canada.

Applicants should have a passion for outdoor adventure which could include things like: fishing, camping, shooting, off-roading, horseback riding, hiking, swimming, farming, diving, surfing, trail running, gardening, 4 wheeling, snowboarding, bowfishing, hunting, racing and more! We are looking for a diverse group of ladies who love a wide variety of adventures.

Our company motto is "Encourage. Inspire. Empower." and we want to add women to our staff who believe in lifting others up, who are kind and supportive to other women. "Mean girls" need not apply. Our clothing style is a little bit country, a little bit Rock N Roll. Our fun Activewear designs represent your love of the outdoors and for our country. 

What is a Brand Rep? We are seeking women who are very active on a variety of social media apps, love taking photos and are also active in the outdoors. The role of a Brand Rep is to help our brand grow by increasing awareness and visibility online. This position requires staffers to regularly promote our Brand on their social media platforms in order to help direct internet traffic to our website, social media and spread the word about our company.  Position will require Brand Reps to post a minimum of 2 photos of themselves in RO clothing per month, to actively engage in liking/commenting on our social media pages as well as sending RO Owner Joni 2 photos per month to be used in marketing.

There are lots of perks to being on our staff including a couple free items to get you started, year round discounts on all of our clothing, lots of special staff only sales, first choice on booking group adventure trips we offer, having your social media accounts promoted on all of our platforms, receiving a discount code that can earn you free store credits, and especially having an amazing instant sisterhood of 35 amazing women supporting and cheering you on in all of your outdoor adventures! Many staff say that this sisterhood of support is their very favorite thing about our team!

6. Do you represent any other clothing brands? If so, please list them

7. Have you ever been charged with or convicted of a felony or a hunting /fishing violation? If so please explain.

8. Please include with your email: 3-4 photos of you doing things that you love outdoors; if applicable please include one photo of you in Rockstarlette Outdoors clothing if you have any. (If you have recently ordered something and it has not arrived yet, please note that in your application and you can send a pic once your item arrives to be added to your application).  If you do not own any RO clothing you are certainly still welcome to apply but we do like to give preference when possible to customers who support our business.

We will have a team of Senior Staffers plus our Owner reviewing applications.  It is likely that you will get friend requests to review your social media pages from some of our staff or owner during this review process. 

Our selection process is a Team Effort and does take us a while since many of us are in different states etc... to all review the applications and communicate and come to decisions. Thank you for your patience during this process. We will contact ALL applicants privately to let you know if you were selected before we make any announcements on our social media pages.
